Passion, experience and professionalism are three words I live by. There’s nothing I enjoy more than displaying my passion for home financing by sharing my experience with my clients as a professional mortgage broker.

Real estate investment can be one of the simplest and most rewarding ways to grow wealth. Knowing how to get into the game and most importantly how to get the best deal on your finance can be two of the biggest hurdles that prevent people from getting started.

That’s where Mortgage Achievers comes in. We believe that everyone has the opportunity to invest in property and we want to help them navigate the array of products and services offered to ensure they get the best deal on their finance.

I’ve learnt the hard way that nothing comes for free – you have to work for it. I truly believe that everyone has the opportunity to create something more for themselves and I enjoy helping people achieve it. Home and investment finance is in my blood, I’ve been doing it for years and have a passion for it like no other.

Here at Mortgage Achievers our goal is to help you down the path to financial freedom and stability through navigation of the various products and services offered by the lenders.

Renee Black

Mortgage Advisor

I grew up in the Hunter Valley and began my career in banking and finance right after high school. My journey in lending took off when I moved to Queensland in the mid-nineties, where I worked across the Banking, Property Development, and Real Estate industries. These experiences gave me extensive knowledge of the Queensland market, benefiting both residential home buyers and professional investors.

On an international level, I’ve worked in Credit Analysis, Business Development, and managed large assessment teams for ANZ Bank in New Zealand. I’m a fully qualified member of the Finance Brokers Association of Australia (FBAA) and hold a Certificate IV in Financial Services.

One of my greatest passions is helping people achieve their dreams. My natural empathy, combined with my knowledge and experience, has allowed me to support many individuals in reaching their goals. Outside of work, I enjoy yoga, gardening, and spending time with my fur and feathered children.

Nadine Belfiore

Mortgage Advisor

I started my career in the mortgage broking industry in 1995 and since then, have established myself as a Senior Mortgage Advisor.

My ambitious and professional approach has earned me respect amongst my clients and colleagues alike. I have a wide range of lending experience and products and an extensive knowledge of the industry.

I am a fully qualified member of the Mortgage and Finance Industry of Australia (MFAA) and have both my Certificate IV & Diploma in Financial Services.

When I am not at work, I enjoy socializing, keeping fit and healthy and spending time with my beloved dog Charlie.

Gina Amato

I joined Mortgage Achievers Pty Ltd in September 2021 as a Mortgage Advisor, bringing with me over 20 years of experience in the mortgage and finance industry.

My passion lies in delivering positive experiences for my clients, and I’m dedicated to achieving favorable outcomes for them. With extensive experience in the mortgage industry and a proven track record of high customer engagement and retention, I’m eager to elevate my career by generating new and existing business and exploring exciting opportunities.

I’m a fully qualified member of the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA) and hold a Diploma in Financial Services.

Carmel Arcangel

Operations Manager

I’m the organizer!  You want something done, I’ll do it.  Loves a challenge and there is no bigger challenge than organising the Mortgage Achievers team! Embraces each new challenge with open arms for pretty much everyone in the office.

Responsible for the day-to-day administration operations of the office, including website and social media management, as well as database management and our aftercare program.

Carmel’s personal goal is to have a European summer holiday! Outside of the office Carmel keeps busy with her husband and two extremely sporty kids.

She loves to go on long walks, yoga classes and a really good coffee.

Paul Pineda

Broker Assistant

I am a Mortgage Broker assistant and I love my job, I enjoy learning new things and am always looking to improve.

My role includes a variety of things to make sure your transaction goes as smoothly as possible from start to finish.

When I am not working I love a long ride to the mountains and enjoying the relaxing view of the city while having a nice cup of coffee.

Bernice Garces

I am a go-getter and support our Mortgage Brokers with all aspects of the mortgage process.

This includes negotiating lower interest rates, attending to valuations, data entry, and ensuring the loan application runs smoothly from start to finish.

In my spare time, I enjoy hanging out with family and friends, dancing and watching Netflix.

Elenita Naquimen

Administration

I’m a dedicated professional skilled at conducting thorough reviews and efficiently managing tasks to ensure smooth company operations. My expertise includes data extraction, exploration, and cleaning, specifically for annual client reviews and managing interest-only and fixed-rate expirations. I provide valuable support to the mortgage team through administrative tasks, ensuring organization and confidentiality by handling client documents and accurately inputting information into the database.

Outside of work, I enjoy running errands for family, walking my dog, connecting with neighbours and friends, and expanding my skills through online courses.
